International Purchasing Specialist

Besides this role, you will also support the international sales department with various tasks and the management of administrative processes.

What will you do?
- ⏳ Delivery time monitoring: You ensure that agreed delivery times are met and intervene in case of delays to prevent problems.
- 🤑 Price monitoring: You monitor prices and ensure that price agreements with suppliers always remain in line with the market.
- 🌍 Supplier contact: You maintain close contact with international suppliers (think Japan, China, England, Italy) and manage the terms of deliveries.
- 📦 Order management: You place purchase orders based on SAP orders and ensure smooth coordination between suppliers and internal departments.
- 📊S tock management: You keep a close eye on stock so that our 6,000m² warehouse is always optimally stocked. You signal when stocks are in danger of becoming too high or too low.
- 🔄 Process optimization: You think along about more efficient procurement processes and contribute to improvements.
- 🗂️ Administration & Supplier Management: You take care of recording appointments, archiving documents and maintaining supplier files.
- 👌 Sales department support: You ensure that the international sales department always has the right information.
- ⚡️ Positive energy: Your enthusiasm is contagious for the whole team!
